I have been lifting weights almost every day of my life the past ten years. I have been lifting like a body builder for five years. I love working out, and I enjoy isolating my muscles. I do not believe in going extremely heavy during weighted exercises. You must lift for the muscle group you are working with the proper form and you will see quicker results. You can get hurt if you are not paying attention to your form. I love to learn new exercises and techniques to engage each muscle group. I constantly expand my knowledge by researching and being around others who inspire me. I have so much fun training with other athletes and friends. We push each other to our extremes.
